Show Local News Items Mrs. Milo Blake was hostesses to twelve lady friends at her home last Friday evening at a Rook party. Each guest was requested to wear a hat with a history, and there were a full dozen exhibition specimens, Mrs. Arthur Blake won the prize for a hat over a half century old. Sixteen neighborhood friends honored Miss S. Louisa Conklin Tuesday afternoon with a birth-(jay birth-(jay anniversary party at her home, phis has been an annual event for the past ten years. Following dinner, at which each guest responded re-sponded with a joke, and impromptu im-promptu program of personal tributes tri-butes were given Miss Conklin.
