Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, June 18, 1936. Notice is hereDy given that Milo Blake, St. George, Utah, has made Application in accordance accord-ance with the laws of Utah to appropriate 0.025 sec. ft. of water from an unnamed spring in Washington Wash-ington county Utah. Said water to be diverted from January 1 to December 31 inclusive of each year at the point of Issuance of said spring which bears N. 4950' and W. 2310' from the SW cor. Sec. 35, T. 38 S., R. 19 W., SLB & M. and conveyed by pipeline 10' to stockwaterlng troughs and there used to water 1500 head of sheep. This application Is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 12039. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, shall be submitted in affidavit form and in duplicate, accompanied by a fee $1.00 and filed in this office within 30 days after the completion comple-tion of the publication or this notice.
