Show VEYO MRS. JAMES F. COTTAM Reporter Mrs. Albert Bunker who has spent the past three weeks with her sister who is very ill in Richfield, Utah returned home on Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Peers of Santa Barbara, California spent the past week with Mrs. Peers' parents, Mr. and Mrs. James F. Cottam. They were accompanied on their trip by Bond Tomberg and Harlow Hartman of Santa Barbara. Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Smith of Summit, Utah spent Sunday at the home of Mrs. Smith's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Benjamine Chad-burn. Chad-burn. June Chadburn, Clive Bunker and Ashby Chadburn have gone to Pioche, Nevada where they have employment. Melvin and Marvin Chadburn have joined the CCC camp located lo-cated at St. George, Utah. The wonderful rains of the past week have put a smile on the faces at the farmers and stock men. The one bad feature was the hail storm that struck Thursday Thurs-day afternoon doing considerable damage to fruit and gardens. Our missionaries in Sunday afternoon af-ternoon sacrament meeting were Elders Israel Neilson and Haven Paxman. Their talks 'on the "Purpose of Life" and "Moral Courage" were wonderful and enjoyed by all. Melbourne and Garth Cottam have gone to Enterprise to cut grain. Mr. and Mrs. Bert Cheeney and family left last week for Salt Lake City on a business trip. Mrs. Milton Bowler made a business trip to Parowan, Utah last week. She was accompanied home by two of her nieces. It sems to be fixed. The Italians Ital-ians win the battles in the morning morn-ing papers and the Ethiopians win for the afternoon papers.
