Show Hurricane Miss Audrey Ballard Reporter Miss Luetta Imlay returned Monday Mon-day from Boulder City, Nev., where she has been visiting with her sister, Mrs. LaGrande Hardy. Mr. and Mrs. Finley Judd went to Salt Lake City on Sunday to spend a few days on business, i Mrs. Arthur Brown left Monday Mon-day for a visit with her husband who is employed at the North Rim of Grand Canyon. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Tobler of Santa Clara visited Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Keith Tobler. Miss Phyllis Perry, nurse, is back from her vacation in Maple-ton Maple-ton with her parents. Eddie Welsh returned Sunday to his work in the Leeds CCC camp after having spent the past two weeks here with his wife. Miss Glenna Webb left Friday with Mr. and Mrs. M. P. Fawson for Salt Lake City where she will attend the L. D. S. Business college. col-lege. Mr. and Mrs. George Stevens spent Wednesday through Monday Mon-day at Navajo lake. Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Hamlin, who have been visiting at the Frank Lee home, moved to St. George on Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. John S. Shiping and family are now living here after having spent the past two years at the Leeds CCC camp. They are replacing Mr. and Mrs. Usnick who have been transferred transfer-red from the local camp to Provo. Mrs. Ed Nelson spent the weekend week-end in Cedar City with her parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. William Prior, Pri-or, Mrs. Merrill Esplin and infant in-fant son accompanied her home for a week's visit. Mont Lamb visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Lamb in Mt. Carmel Sunday and Monday. Ballard Christensen of Delta visited friends here on Monday. |
