Show 1 Sixty Members of the Los Amigos Club Attend Party At Beaver Dam Lodge A delightful lawn luncheon was served to more than 60 members and guests of the Los Amigos club Monday night at the Beaver Dam Lodge, Bathing and Five Hundred were the featured entertainment for the remainder of the evening. First place honors were won by Mrs. A. W. McGregor and Andrew Pace; second place honors were awarded Mrs. Lee Owens and Walter Pace. The committee in charge of arrangements ar-rangements were J. J. Milne, chairman with the following committee com-mittee assisting: Mrs. J. J. Milne, Dr. and Mrs. Walter Whalen, Mr. and Mrs. D. M. Snow, Mr. and i Mrs. Walter Jensen, Mr. and Mrs. 1 Antone Prince and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Childers. A pleasant evening was spent and enjoyed by all. The responsibility of resuming club activities was turned over to the newly elected officers with Mrs. Jos. J. Milne as president. Mr. and Mrs. Halvin Farr and three children, returned to their home in Provo, Sunday, after a brief visit with relatives in St. George, guests while here of Mrs. Farr's mother, Mrs. Louie Blair. Attorney Howard W. Cannon left Wednesday evening for Salt Lake City on business and will go on from there to Pocatello, Idaho, to attend the Lions convention, June 20 and 21. |
