Show Missionaries Give Talks At East Ward Services Sunday evening services of the east ward included in their program pro-gram very interesting and timely talks by stake missionaries, Milton Mil-ton E. Moody and Harry Gentry, states Bp. A. K. Hafen. Mr. Moody, county superintendent . of schools, stressed the modern trend in youth education and its application ap-plication in the lives of the growing grow-ing population, says Bishop Hafen, while Mr. Gentry devoted his time to the general principles of the L.D.S. faith. Wm. F. Bennett, former Wyoming Wyom-ing bishop and now operator of the Temple View Court tourist cabins, will be east ward speaker next Sunday, announces Bishop Hafen. The west ward Sunday evening program was also given over to visiting stake missionaries, reports Bp. James Andrus. These included in-cluded former Bishop David Mc-Mullin Mc-Mullin and Silas Bushman of Leeds. Both talked on present day world conditions and the need of closer adherence to gospel principles, observance of the Sabbath, Sab-bath, and human kindness. |
