Notice is hereby given that Christian Christ-ian Stucki.of Santa Clara, Utah, who, on Sept. 1, 1922, made desert land Entry, No. TJ 2 57 2 3, for SENW, E!'2SWy4, NW14SW14, Section 1, Township 42 South, Range 17 West, Salt Lake Meridian, has filed notice of intention to make final Proof, to establish claim to the land above described, des-cribed, before the Clerk of the District Dist-rict Court, at St. George, Utah, on the 5th day of January, 1927.
