Show GUNLOCK Gunlock, November 21. Our new schoolhouse is now completed and school was started in it last Monday. It is sure a credit to our little town, pur county and to the men that built it. It is up-to-date in every way. Elders Jacob Frei and Val Hafen, both of Santa Clara, were missionaries mission-aries here last Sunday. Mrs. Hafen and Mrs. Frei accompanied them. Some of the Pine Valley boys passed pas-sed through here today on their way south to look for a place to take their cattle for the winter. Chester Kemp was here yesterday after some of the machinery he had used to build the schoolhouse with. Reed Williams of Veyo has moved here for the winter. He is working for the Dixie Power company. , Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hunt spent last week in St. George doing temple work. Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Holt made a trip to Enterprise Thursday on business. busi-ness. Thomas Leavitt has gone to Mo-dena Mo-dena after desks for the schoolhouse. Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Jones- went to St. George Friday on business. Narvel Bracken of Central is here on business. |
