IVIXS RANCH SOLD George W. Hail of the Naquinta Cattle Co., the Walking X ranch,-returned Sunday from Salt Lake City, where he had been negotiating for the purchase of th Ivins farm. He bought the farm for his company, the purchase price being $40,000. The farm is' a well watered one of 1920 acres located about six miles east of Enterprise. About one half of the acreage is under cultivation and yields about 1000 tons of hay besides other produce. The new-owners new-owners intend to increase the alfalfa acreage and will put forty acres into potatoes the coining year.- The stock, machinery, buildings, etc., are all included in the purchase. This splendid farm will prove a great asset to the Naquinta Cattle Co., whose range holdings on the "Arizona Strip" furnish some-of the best cattle that come through here to market.
