Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah. November 9, 1926. Notice is hereby given that John L. Sevy, whose post office address is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of Sec. 8, Chapter 67, Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to change the place of use of 17 c. f. s. of water from Ash Creek in Wash- ington County, Utah. Heretofore said water has been diverted at a point which bears N. 7 42' E. 5913 ft. from the N ' cor. of Sec. 2, T. 41 S., R. 13 W., S. L. M. and used for the irrigation of land embraced in the NW4NE, NW, NW-SWVi, NW-SWVi, NESW, SSW'4 Sec. 10; SE, SEV4NEV4 Sec. 9; NE Vi , NWV4, N'aSEii Sec. 16; NW Sec. 15, T. 41 S., R. 13 W., S. L. M. It is now desired to divert the water as heretofore and use for the irrigation of land embraced in the NW'4, W V4NE Vi , SW'i, Wy2SEVi Sec. 10, SE, SENE4 Sec. 9, NV4, N'-SE N'-SE Sec. 16, T. 41 S., R. 13 V S. L. M. This application is designated designat-ed in the State Engineer's Office as File No. a93S. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons reas-ons therefore, must he by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within with-in thirty (30) days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
