Show NEWS OF THE BOY SCOUTS The St. George court of honor met in the gymnasiums Friday night and passed upon the following fol-lowing awards: troop 402, George Thompson, scoutmaster, merit badge in camping to Henry Nich-oles Nich-oles and star rank to Owen Cot-tam; Cot-tam; . troop 401, to Carl Moss, scoutmaster, merit badge in bird study and cooking. The newly appointed court of honor officiated. There were present pres-ent A. A. Paxman, chairman, Geo. Brooks, Jr., Joseph Empey, Jr., and Commissioner B. Glen Smith. There will be monthly lectures at the Woodward school on some merit badge subject. B. Glen Smith will talk on personal health Tuesday Tues-day night at 8:30. All merit badge Scouts and vanguards are invited invit-ed to attend. The financial campaign for the St. George district is still on. It was hoped that the funds would all be in by this time, but many-have many-have been reluctant to contribute. It is hoped, however, that the full amcur.t will be collected this week.
