Show GUNLOCK Gunlock, Feb. 5. Elders Isaiah Cox of St. George and Wm. Hardy of La-Verkin La-Verkin were home missionaries here Thursday and Friday. They visited every home, had a talk on the gospel' and held a meeting Friday night in the church house. They save a eood and timely talk which was greatly enjoyed en-joyed by all present. The infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Bowler has been very sick with pneumonia the past ten days but shows some better today. George H. Neilson of Panguitch is spending a few days here with his daughter Mrs. Henry Bowler on account ac-count of the severe illness of her baby. Mr. and Mrs. John Pulsipher just returned from Salt Lake where they have spent the past two years. Mrs. Jodie Barney was taken very sick yesterday afternoon. But on account ac-count of high water they could not get the doctor or take her to St. George. She is in a critical condition. condi-tion. So this morning they have taken tak-en her to the hospital where she can receive medical aid. Mr. and Mrs. John H. Bowler of Veyo have been here the last few days helping take care of their little granddaughter grand-daughter who is sick. |
