Show TOQUERVILLE ! TOQUERVILLE. Aug. 6. The H. H. M. 4-H club and their leader. Mrs. W. H. Manning, took an early morning hike last Wednesday. They report a splendid trip. Mr. and Mrs. Mary G. Duffin and son Owen are the guests of Mr. and Mrs. L. S. Kleinman for a few days. Mrs. Lila Dalley and Mrs. Caddie Watson, both of Los Angeles, are here visiting friends and relatives. Jesse Naegle, Don and Lawrence Kleinman have gone to McGill, Nevada Ne-vada to seek employment. A large crowd enjoyed the wedding party given Monday evening in the ward hall in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Theobald. Mrs. Emma Naegle has returned home from Enterprise after spending spend-ing a few days there with her sister, Mrs. John Pulsipher. Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Higbee and daughter, Lila, of Las Vegas, spent a few days here last week visiting relatives. Clark B. Pace of New Harmony was a business visitor here Wednesday. Wednes-day. Mrs. Eliza Ann Anderson has returned re-turned home from St. George where she was called on account of the serious illness of her grandson, Murray Mur-ray Anderson. Vyrlyn, the three-year-old daughter daugh-ter of Mr. and Mrs. John L. Wallace, Wal-lace, had the misfortune to fall on a stick which penetrated the head. She was taken to the Iron county hospital where she was treated, and is doing nicely now. Mrs. Richard Goddard of Cedar City spent a few days last week here visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. P. Lea Master. |
