Show ROCKVILLE ROCKVILLE, Aug. 5. Francis Slack has returned here after spending a few days at his home in Toquerville. For the past week we have been enjoying some delightful showers that were very much welcomed by the farmers. The largest flood we have had in seven years came down Wednesday evening. Several animals were carried away in the current, and an enormous amount of wood was lost. Mr. and Mrs. Claud Hirschi and Mr. and Mrs. Milo Hirschi and children chil-dren were visiting here Saturday. Orval Russell has employment at the Zion lodge. Mrs. Clara Connell and daughter Maida of Parowan are visiting relatives rel-atives here. Mr. and Mrs. Horace Wilson and children of Ogden will make then-home then-home here for a short time. Miss Norma Bringhurst of Toquerville Toquer-ville is a guest at the home of hei grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Orley Dalton. Mrs. Irvin Dalton is home frm Cedar City after an absence of two weeks. Mr. and Mrs. Newell DeMille, Miss Olga Beatty and Francis Slack attended at-tended the wedding party for Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Theobald at Toquerville To-querville Monday evening. Guy DeMille returned Saturday from Toquerville where he has employment. em-ployment. Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Weeks were business visitors at Cedar City on Wednesday.
