Show MODENA MODENA, Aug. 7. Bert Price has moved his family from Heist to Mo-dena Mo-dena for a short time. Miss Estella Hammond has returned re-turned from her vacation spent with her parents at New Harmony. We were much shocked by the sudden death of Joe Dobley. He died of ptomaine poisoning after an illness ill-ness of only two hours. Copious rains have broken the drought during the last week. Green grass is springing up which looks very good to the stockmen. B. N. Watson was sent to the Cedar City hospital last week. As soon as he recovers he will go to Bellflower, Calif., to make his home with his sons. Mrs. Guy Phelps and children returned re-turned Monday from Illinois, where they spent the summer with her parents. par-ents. They will leave shortly for Klamath Falls for the school year. |
