Show GUNLOCK Gunlock, June 27. A wedding reception re-ception was given in the ward hall June 24th in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Howard M. Leavitt, who were married marri-ed June 24 in the St. George temple. There was a large crowd present, a nice program was rendered and refreshments re-freshments served. The evening was spent in dancing. All wish them a long and prosperous journey through life. Mrs. Charles Tullis and three children from Leamington, Mrs. Albert Al-bert Talbot and two children from Greenwood, Mrs. Robert Piatt from Newcastle and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Piatt of Hamblin were here to attend the wedding of their brother, Howard How-ard Leavitt, and visit relatives and old time friends. The M. I. A. will give a farewell party to Mr. and Mrs. Lelend Mar-tineau Mar-tineau who expect to leave tomorrow for Mexico, where they intend to make their home. We all wish them a pleasant journey and a prosperous future. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hunt and sons Jonathan and William, just returned re-turned from Salt Lake and other points where they have been on a visit. Forest Supervisor O. A. Olsen and Ranger Baldwin were here Sunday on forest reserve business. There is a fine crop this year both of dry and irrigated grain. |
