Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office. Salt Lake City, Utah. June 16. 1926. Notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Bench Canal Company, whose principal place of business is Leeds. Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Liws of Utah. 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah. 1919 and 1925 to appropriate 200 acre feet of water from Leeds Creek in Washington County. Utah. Said water is diverted at a point 900 ft. S. and 225 ft. W. from the S'4 cor. of Sec. 12. T. 41 S.. R. 14 W. and stored during the entire year in a reservoir, the center of the impounding impound-ing dam of which bears S. 3 4 deg. 30 min. W. 3 690 ft. from the V cor. of Sec. 13. T. 41 S.. R. 14 W.. S. L. M. Said water is to be released from the reservoir and conveyed by means of a ditch a distance of 4500 ft. and there used during the entire year to irrigate 70 acres of land embraced in theS 1 N . X'jS1-; Sec. 23. T. 41. S.. R. 14 W.. S. L. M. This application applica-tion is designated in the State Engineer's Engin-eer's office as File No. 9903. All protests against the graining of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, dup-licate, accompanied with a fee of S1.00. and filed in this office within thirty (301 days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
