Show LEEDS LEEDS, Sept. 6. R. C. Savage and family spent Sunday in Toquerville. Mr. and Mrs. Lee Williamson and Dalice Hartman were business busi-ness visitors to St. George on Monday. Miss Spendlove of Hurricane is here with her sister, Mrs. Chas. Allen, for a short visit. Mrs. Ben Brashaw of Hurricane is here visiting her daughter, Mrs.' Carl Caldwell. iMr. and Mrs. John Kemple of Goodsprings, Nev., are here visiting vis-iting friends. Rudolph Miller of Salt Lake City is here visiting relatives. - Mr. and Mrs. Orin Dalton are visiting Mrs. Dalton's mother, Mrs. R. A. Angell. Funeral services were held here Friday for Mrs. Mary J. S. j Olsen, under the direction of Bishop Edward McMullin. The opening musical number was a duet by by Mrs. Mamie Pax-man Pax-man and Mrs. Yiola Gentry, followed fol-lowed by a prayer by H. A. Jolley. Speakers were David McMullin, McMul-lin, George Worthen, David H. Morris and Bishop McMullin. and musical numbers were furnished by Myles Walker and Keith Mac-farlane Mac-farlane of Cedar City. The closing clos-ing prayer was by Bishop W. J. Reiehrnann of St. George, and burial was in the Leeds cemetery. |
