Show The local M. I. A. is at the beginning of another active season sea-son with an almost entirely new force of officers. Florence Jones, Gertrude Hirschi, Maxine Dalton Dal-ton form the presidency of the Y. L. M. I, A., with Mrs. Mamie Ma-mie Mahan as secretary. Warren irschi, Ross Angell and Grant Langston preside over the young men's organization with Horace DeMille secretary. Ernest Langston, who has been with the sheep herd for several months, is visiting relatives here. A large number of local people peo-ple attended the funeral of O. D. Gifford at Springdale Sunday. Sun-day. Yirgil Millett and Edwin DeMille De-Mille made a trip to Mountain Springs, Nevada, last week. Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Orton are visiting relatives in Pan-guitch. Pan-guitch. , Miss Evelyn Terry made a trip to St. George Tuesday. Otto Jennings of La Yerkin was a visitor here Monday. Alma Hirschi made a trip to Hurricane Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Heber Hirschi entertained a number of friends at a watermelon party Sunday evening. |
