Show TOQUE RVILLE TOQUERVTLLE, Feb. 11. Fontaine Fon-taine Naegle and Josephine Theobald Theo-bald entertained thirty guests at the Theobald home Friday evening eve-ning at a very successful Valentine Valen-tine party. Mary Naegle and Mrs. Veva Jensen, with the help of their Bee Hive class presented a three act comedy in the ward hall Saturday night. The Zion park stake M. I. A. officers were here Tuesday and gave some very good instructions on ward Mutual work. Mrs. Rolland Naegle is improving improv-ing after having been very ill for several days. Mrs. Isabelle Papworth spent Tuesday in Cedar City visiting relatives and friends. Martin Anderson spent Sunday in Hurricane having dental work done. Mr. and Mrs. L. J. Slack have returned home from Los Angeles after spending the past three months there. Ashby W. Pace of New Harmony was a business visitor here Saturday. Sat-urday. Florence Bringhurst has returned return-ed from a two weeks' vacation in Salt Lake. Rulon Batty and Norma and Ivan Bringhurst spent the week end home from St. George where they are attending school. Mr. and Mjrs. Jas. Johnson were business visitors in Washington on Monday. Jas. Z. Naegle has returned from Salt Lake City after attending the funeral of W. W. Lunt. The stake primary Chautauqua which was held in Hurricane on Thursday night was a complete success. ' 1 ' ' |
