Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, November 8, 1928. Notice is hereby given that J. D. Hopkins, whose post office address is Cedar City, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917. as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate .008S c. f. s. of water from Redd Spring in Washington County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of issuance of the spring which bears 2750 ft. N. and 369 ft. W. of the NU cor. of Sec. 16, T. 39 S., R. 11 W., j S. L. B. & M.. and conveyed by means of a pipe a distance of 89 ft. where it will be used from May 1st to Dec. 1st of each year for the w'atering of 4000 head of sheep. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No 10465. All pretests against the granting of F?-' a! Nation, stating the reasons ! therefor, must be by affidavit in dupli-jcate, dupli-jcate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00.
