Show ENTERPRISE ENTERPRISE, Nov. 12. Last Tuesday Tues-day night a dance was given in the ward hall, and election returns were received over the radio every half hour. Wednesday night the Relief Society So-ciety gave a picture show for the benefit of the temple excursion which will go to St. George Wednesday and Thursday. Friday night there was a program and dance given in the ward hall in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Robinson, Rob-inson, Mr. and Mrs. Lovell Robinson and Mr. and Mrs. Ceral Bastian who are moving to Paragansit valley . to make their homes. Doughnuts, cake, cider and punch were served and a good time was had. Saturday night the school gave a picture show, "The Quarterback." The proceeds will be used to make a tennis court on the school grounds. They will finish laying the concrete today. Word has been received here of the birth of a son to Mr. and Mrs. Rex Bentley in Pioche. Mrs. Tracy Banum, Mrs. Bentley's mother, has gone to stay with them for a while. Last Sunday night we had with us in ward conference, John T. Woodbury, Wood-bury, Jr., Arthur K. Hafen and La-Grande La-Grande Bowler. We had a very interesting in-teresting meeting and hope they will come again. Mr. and Mrs. Sam Buer and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Kelsey were visitors Sunday at the home of Mrs. John Hunt. |
