BI-CO of Vernal placed third when they were defeated by MAC-CEI-JV, 11 to 5, Saturday evening. The L & L team beat Crack'd Pot of Vernal in the first round and C.R.C. BI-CO downed Rockys. MAC-CEI-JV ! downed B.H. Strider and Gamache j topped Uresk-Uresk. M & M of i Duchesne defeated Brothersons and Shear Pleasure downed Smokies in the first round games. MAC-CEI-JV toppled Gamache and M & M beat Shear Pleasure and L & L downed C.R.C. BI-CO, 6 to 5 in the second round games, Wednesdsay. Tia Liebhardt singled for the Vernal team m the top of the sixth inning and mov ed to second base, but failed to score. L & L produced three singles to load up the bases in the bottom of the sixth inning, but none of the runners scored. C.R.C. BI-CO was blanked in the top of the seventh inning. C.R.C. BI-CO won three games in a row to advance into a game to decide the opponent in the championship game against L & L. Uresk-Uresk beat B. H. Strider. The Smokies downed Brothersons and Rockys beat Crack'd Pot in first round consolation games. C. R.C. BI-CO defeated Rockys and the Smokies topped Shear Pleasure. Gamache beat Uresk-Uresk. C.R.C. BI-CO defeated M & M and Gamache downed the Smokies. C.R.C. BI-CO defeated Gamache.
