Horseshoe pitchers garner UBIC honors Richard Buchanan of Midway garnered first place in the men's singles in the UBIC Horseshoe Pitching Pit-ching Contest in Roosevelt, Saturday and Glenn Karren of Duchesne placed plac-ed second. Mary Duncan pocketed first place in the women's singles and Isabell Roberts acquired second place. Richard Buchanan and Chet McNabb snared first place in the men's doubles and Gordon Eldredge and Norman Newbold picked up second place honors. Glenn and Brenda Karren grabbed first place in the mixed doubles and Ron and Mary Duncan pocketed second se-cond place.
