Show NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PATENT M.A. No. U-0142289, U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Utah State Office, 136 East South Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84111. Notice is hereby given that Sohio Shale Oil Company (Applicant), (Ap-plicant), a Delaware corporation, cor-poration, with offices at 50 South Main Street, Suite 930, Salt Lake City, Utah 84144 (formerly Sohio Petroleum Company), Com-pany), by and through Terry F. LaMore, Vice President , has made application ap-plication for United States Patent to the Cameron No. 7 placer mining claim situated in Unorganized Mining District, Uintah County, Utah, and described as follows: The SW14 of Section 25, Township 5 South, Range 21 East, SLM. The following unpatented un-patented mining claims of record appear to conflict con-flict the Cameron No. 7 claim as described above: Owl No. 7, UMC-111390; Owl No. 16, UMC-111399; Black Bear No. 4, UMC-125296. Applicant Ap-plicant does not recognize the validity of any of the above apparent ap-parent conflicting claims. The following mining claims of record appear to adjoin the Cameron No. 7 claim: Cameron No. 5, U-01422C7; Cameron No. 8, U-0142288; Owl No. 6. UMC-111389; Owl No. 8, UMC-111391; Black Bear No. 3, UMC-125295. The Notice of Location for said Cameron No. 7 placer mining claim is recorded in Book Y. Page 24, of the records of the County Recorder for Uintah County, Utah. Notice of Intention to Apply for United States Patent was posted conspicuously con-spicuously on the Cameron No. 7 claim on November 30. 1982. Any and all persons asserting adverse claim to any of the land concerned or any part of or interest in the same for which patent pa-tent is being applied, are hereby notified that unless their adverse claims are duly filed with the U.S. Bureau of Land Management. 136 East South Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84111, according accor-ding to the requirements of law and the regulations regula-tions thereunder and within the allotted time, the period of publication of this notice, all of such claims will be barred by virtue of the provisions of the statutes thereto applicable.
