Show Vhitcroclcs 1 Virginia Ferguson Phone 353-4584 Residents take shopping trip Zella and Loren Pike drove last week to Heber and Provo with Sandy and Ferron Secakuku and their four children for a day's shopping treat. Shaun Simmons of Rock Springs, Wyo., has been visiting grandparents, Don and Ednal Simmons, for the past three days. Coene Bagley along with children Jeff, Benjamin and Calvin, drove to Idaho Falls, Idaho last week where Coene attended her high school class reunion. After a four day visit they returned home. Reed Hansen and his friend, Mar-jorie Mar-jorie Clines, were weekend visitors with the Aaron Hansen family. Aaron and Myrtle Hansen drove to Logan over the weekend to attend the blessing of their new grandson born to Peggy and Wes D. Martin. The Hansens spoke at the fireside for the special interest last weekend in Roosevelt. Myrtle spoke on Tonga where they had spent time on their mission and Aaron performed a musical number. The Allphin family reunion was held in Bacon Park with 60 people present. Mr. and Mrs. Allphin are parents of John Dickey and live in Payson. During Dur-ing the three-day reunion games were played and programs were presented. On the last night, Shirley Ainge and John Dickey cooked barbecued chicken. John Dickey spent three days in a Salt Lake hospital last week undergoing undergo-ing tests. Duane and Lana Ainge of Yellowstone had a 6 lb. 13 oz. baby boy named Jared Nile Ainge. Proud grandparents grand-parents are Shirley and Bernice Ainge. |
