Phillips, son of Kenneth Ken-neth M. and Velma Fenn Phillips, recently received a call to serve in the Chile Santiago North mission for the LDS Church. Me will enter the Missionary Mis-sionary Training Center in Provo on June 17. A larewell testimonial in his honor will be held on June 13 at the Maeser Third Ward chapel at 1:20 p.m. Elder Phillips graduated from Uintah High School, where he was active in business, with the class of '81.
