Scouts to meet for Spectacular this Saturday Scouts from around Ashley Valley will converge at the Vernal Bicentenial Pavilion, 550 West 450 North, Saturday morning of the 1982 Scouting Spectacular. The events displaying Scouting skills and competition between troops will begin at 8 a.m. Scouts have been selling tickets this past month, and the big ticket sellers have been the Vernal Third Ward Cub Scout troop, which sold 180, and Jason Price of the Kiwanis Club Troop, who sold 140. "It wasn't that hard," said Price. "I went down to the industrial area by Naples and sold tickets to all the men who work there."
