Show Tridell lorna ITlcKee Phone 247-3177 Rae Goodrich has surgery in Layton Rae Goodrich underwent major surgery Wednesday at the North Davis Medical Center in Layton. Mr. Goodrich will be hospitalized from 6-10 days. Ruth Goodrich went out to be with her husband during surgery and hospitalization. John Harvey underwent surgery at the Roosevelt Hospital Wednesday. He was able to return to his home Wednesday. Wed-nesday. June Jordan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Jordan. Roosevelt and Bruce Wilkerson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arbun C. Wilkerson will be united in marriage June 17 in the Provo Temple. They will be honored at a reception at the institute in-stitute building in Roosevelt, June 19th from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Sister Phyllis McKee arrived home from the Italy, Milan Mission Monday, June 8th after serving an 18 month mission. Phyllis was met at the Salt Lake airport by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Delton McKee, Janet and Morris McKee, Loidene Natani and girls, Karen McKee and children, Sherrie Brinkerhoff and children, Verna and Maxine and their children. A large crowd honored Susan Hemstreet and Doyle Angus at a wedding reception Friday evening at the Tridell cultural hall. Richard Perry emceed the program. The young couple will make their home in Lapoint. Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Goodrich spent Saturday night with Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Kitchen in American Fork. They attended the missionary report of Elden Marvin Gray in Lehi Sunday. Elder Gray has just returned from the England, London Mission. He is the son of Veda and Winford Gray. Mr. and Mrs. Steve Yancey arrived home Wednesday from California to find that their home had been broken into and they were missing some valuable items. Arbun C. Wilkerson had the misfortune of breaking his hip in 3 places Thursday afternoon while rounding up cattle on his ranch. The saddle turned on his horse causing the animal to buck him off and he fell on hard ground. Mr. Wilkerson was taken to the Vernal Hospital where surgery was performed Friday. Adam and Wendy Ahlborn, children of Debbie and Robert Ahlborn, Houston, Texas, are visiting their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Ahlborn for a few weeks while their parents tour Europe. Robert called from Amsterdam, Holland Thursday to check on his children and to report that they are having a great time in Europe. A number of MIA youth from Tridell left early Thursday morning to go to Snow College in Ephraim to attend Youth Conference. Adult advisors goint to assist the youth were Sandy and MorrisMcKee. |
