The bride wore a floor length gown of white satin and lace designed in an A-line A-line style and carried a bouquet bou-quet of yellow roses atop a white prayer book. Her attendants at-tendants woi'e dresses of the . same style in pastel colors of green, lilac, yellow, yel-low, pink and blue. Attending Attend-ing as matron of honor was the bride's sister, Mrs. Terry Ter-ry Dalton with bridesmaids Kalhy Brown, Lisa Brown, Mrs. Pat Shannon and Ver-na Ver-na Foy. Serving as flower girls were Kathy Mashaw and Denice Garcia with ring-bearer, Corey Dalton. Miss Linda Purcell of Bayfield, Colorado served as organist while Mrs. Joe Bierschied sang "We've Only Just Begun" and 'Ava Maria." Attending the groom as best man was Art Hopkins Hop-kins and ushers were Kirk Foy, Jim Foy, Terry Dalton, Dal-ton, and Rex Moore. Altar flowers, white gladioli glad-ioli with assorted pompoms carried out the bride's color col-or scheme of rainbow pastels. pas-tels. The bride chose a gold locket which had been an engagement gift to her mother mo-ther from her father for something old. Following the ceremony, a reception was held with Mrs. Jim Hudson and Mrs. Hugh Purcell serving the cake, Mrs. Kirk Foy and Mrs. Joe Bierschied .the punch, Mrs. Ted Garcia coffee, and Mrs. Jim Foy in charge of the guest book. The couple honeymooned in Durango and Silverton. Colorado prior to returning to Moab where they will make their home. |
