They hope to have the book completed and printed in time for Christmas. Z.oco Recipe Cook Book Scheduled By Moab Fufure Homemakers Interested in what other Rood cooks in Moab are making mak-ing for supper tonight? Then plan to add your favorite recipe to the new Moab cook-, book being planned by the Future Fu-ture lloniemakers of America at Grand County High School. Sponsor for the FHA, Ann Fincher, indicated that the Rirls are hoping for over 100 recipes from local residents resi-dents and are especially interested in-terested in having a section of the book devoted to preparation pre-paration and cooking of wild game, such as venison. A section of sourdough recipes is also planned. Recipes in all categories are needed and anyone who has a favorite favor-ite is urged to contribute. The name and address of the person who contributes each recipe will be included in the book. It is hoped, Mrs. Kincher stated, that the book will be ready for sale before be-fore Christinas and the expected ex-pected cost is about $1.!0. This is a moneymaking project for the club, whose purpose is to prepare girls for their role as a home-maker. home-maker. The service organization organi-zation also plans several pro- jects during the year to help other citizens of the town who are in need. Chairman for the cookbook project is Janet Marsingwith Laurie Victor as co-chairman. These girls are assisted assist-ed by the KHA officers and members in planning the book. President of the organization or-ganization is Kathy Robinson, LouAnn Tabberer is vice president; pre-sident; Hillary Mobley, secretary-treasurer; Liz Rug-geri, Rug-geri, historian and Linda Dal-geri Dal-geri is historian and Linda Ualton is publicity chairman. In order to contribute a recipe for the book, the girls ask that contributions be either ei-ther typed or neatly handsrit-ten handsrit-ten and then sent to FHA, Grand County High School, Moab. All recipes should include in-clude the name and address of the contributor. |
