Utah, lligh- wav officials reported Tuesday. Bids, which were scheduled to open March 6 in Salt Lake Cit . were dela.v ed until April 3 while contractors contract-ors waited for poor surface sur-face conditions to clear so that they could inspect in-spect the project site. The 11-mile 11-mile stretch, when completed, com-pleted, will be the last link in a continuous interstate in-terstate highway from Crescent Junction extending ex-tending bexond Grand Junction. The project, which calU t r completion within 350 working days after the contract is awarded, will provide a bituminous surfaced roadway consisting of four lanes. Two concrete beam structures will be built at the Thompson interchange, which will also be constructed.
