Show Judge Bunnell presided at court Tuesday The Law and Motion calendar calen-dar in Seventh Judicial District Dis-trict Court was disposed of in brisk manner Tuesday, with District Judge Boyd Bunnell presiding. All current probationers were continued on probation. The probation of Michael Oliver Ol-iver Dull was continued, and he was given until Feb. 15 to pay his fine in full. If it is not paid by that date, Judge Bunnell ordered that his probation pro-bation be revoked and he be sent to the Utah State Prison. In probate matters, in the estate of Clifford L. Carter, an order was issued for final distribution and the estate of Robert H. Rose was admitted to informal probate. There were trial dates set in four civil cases. A stipulation stipu-lation and order was filed in the case of Kenneth Silliman and Utah Alloy Ores, Inc., vs. Rex T. Powell, et ux., et al. An order was presented and signed in the case of John Y. Swenson dba All American Realty vs. James and Janet Lammert. In the cases of Nancy J. Chadwick vs. Clyde Elliott Deal, and Edna M. Woodward vs. James Irvin Ackerson, orders to show cause, both defendants were ordered by pay $50 per month to the clerk of the court beginning this month. The court granted the following fol-lowing divorces: Janeen Ole-arain Ole-arain from Johnny S. Olear-ain, Olear-ain, and Orville Wayne Kemper, Kemp-er, Jr., from Sherri Dawn Kemper. There was a trial held in the case of Betty Joan Cannon vs. Richard Eddy Cannon. Judge Bunnell took the property settlement under un-der advisement and indicated he would grant a divorce to the plaintiff at the time he makes a decision on the property settlement. In the case of State vs. Brian L. Thompson, an appeal from city court, the court said a motion should be filed and would be taken under advise- j ment. j |
