Photo by Rand Taylor "" Tourney Results Announced Championship games for the State Amateur Women's Softball Tournament where held Sunday morning after lizer sections of the mill. With his talents, he has added greatly to their efficient operation. Orville and his wife Nancy live at 455 Huntridge Drive in Mountain View Subdivision. In their spare time, they enjoy playing golf and are active members of the Elks Lodge. being rained out Saturday night with the Shamrocks from Salt Lake City taking first place, Sunset Sports, Logan, second, and Belco Flyers, Provo, taking third. These three teams are now qualified to participate in the Rocky Mountain Regional ASA Tournament to be held in Salt Lake August 6-8. Other teams qualifying for SL play are: Clearfield Wedding, Wed-ding, Clearfield; Chimes, Orem; and Triangle Oil, Bountiful. In Consolation play DAHN Brothers, Sandy, took first and First Security Bank, Moab, took second. These two teams do not go on to region play. The sportsmanship award went to Triangle Oil of Bountiful. |
