Show Scott Sentencing Scheduled K3re Jan. 21 by Dist. Court According to District Judge Ed Sheya, the case of Robert Scott for selling hallucinogenic drugs, originally or-iginally scheduled for sentencing sen-tencing Jan. 18 in Price, has been moved to Moab. Upon receiving a presentence pre-sentence report, Judge Sheya will pronounce sentence sen-tence on Scott in the Grand' County Courtroom Thursday, Thurs-day, Jan. 21. A pre-sentence report covers the (background, associations and activities of the person per-son studied, including his past record of offenses, selhool performance, job training and performance and any other pertinent information in-formation presenting itself about the person. Where pre-sentence report and th judge's feelings about the offender indicate that serving the full prison term would not be the most beneficial avenue of action, the judge has the option to stay execution of the sentence and place the offender on probation under certain terms and conditions.
