The new authority permits United Parcel Service to provide package pickup and delivery in all AH contiguous states, subject to certain preexisting and relatively minor mi-nor restrictions. The ICC order .gives UPS authority to provide interstate service for the five full states of Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Nevada and Utah. It also opens service between the Pacific Coast states and the northeastern states from Virginia Vir-ginia north through Maine.
