Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate water In Grand County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. designa-ted. Locations In SLB&M. a-8475 (05-1032) Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Benerth, 33 Mile Richardson Highway, Fairbanks, Fair-banks, Alaska 99701 , proposes to change the point of diversion, place of use of 50 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Segregation Appl. 40485-a. The water has been diverted from a 16-inch well, 205 ft. deep at a point N. 1320 ft. and W. 1320 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. j 26, T26S, R22E; and used from I Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of 10 acs. in SVzNW'i, NEViSWVi Sec. 26, T26S, R22E. Hereafter, 50 ac. ft. of water ,is to be diverted from a 10-inch well, 100-300 ft. deep at a point S. 870 ft. and W. 435 ft. from EVt Cor. Sec. 26, T26S, R22E (6.6 mi. SE of Moab); and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the Irrigation of 10 acs. in NEV4SEV4 Sec. 26, T26S, R22E. 45149 (05-1044) Joe Fury, 44 Wasatch Drive, Moab, Utah 84532. 0.015 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8-inch well, 50-100 ft. deep at a point N. 2070 ft. and W. 800 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 7, T26S, R22E (1V4 mi. SE of Moab); and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of 0.25 acs. In NEV4SEV4 Sec. 7, T26S, R22E. 45150 (05-1045) Mr. and Mrs.' A. L. Benerth, 33 Mile Richardson Hwy., Fairbanks, Alaska 99701. 0.015 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 10-inch well, 100-300 ft. deep at a point S. 870 ft. and W. 435 ft. from EV4- Cor. Sec. 26, T26S, R22E (6.6 mi. SE of Moab); and used for domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 20 cattle; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of 0.25 acs.
