Show local Speech Students to Travel to State Eight Grand County' fligh sjpeeeh students will compete com-pete - in the ' State . Forensic meet at Provo next; Friday and Saturday, .March.. 31 and April 1st. Three additional addi-tional students in the class will attend the meet, to be held at the Brigham Young University, instructor Russell Rus-sell Donoghue will accompany accom-pany the group. Representing their school as a Debate Team will be John Reseigh and KirUey Nordfelt; Bob Gibbs will compete in Elxtemppraneous Speaking; Janice Hatzen-buehler. Hatzen-buehler. Radio Speaking; Diane Gary, Oratory ; , Mart . Twitchell, Bart Hunt ' and Warren Osborn, Legislative Forum. . All the students qualified for .the State meet at the recent . Region Meet held, in Moab on March 7th. ' Xon'Jelt .competed . in . the' State meet last year in the Extemporaneous : Speech cat egory,' and has qualified in a .third area of speech to compete in Pantomine at the ' State . Drama .Meet next week.. He is a third year speech student ; Oall others attending are first.' or second, sec-ond, with, .the exception. ,of Brent Jacobs and Jim.Drav-iige, Jim.Drav-iige, Who have , had only . 14 year of speech but qualified . in'-1 the PanlQmine division for the Drama meet.
