Show Norman Hershey Dies in Colo. After Illness Friends have been notif- ied of the death of Norman D. (Don) Hershey, 78, in the Veterans Administration Administra-tion hospital at Grand Junction Junc-tion Wednesday. He died of a lingering illness which has kept him hospitalized much of the past two years. Mr. Hershey was a long time resident of Castleton. A native of Pensylvania, he moved to Castleton prior to World War I, and returned after Armistice was declared. declar-ed. He was an avid gardener, garden-er, and for years wore the title of "Dean of Castle Valley. His only known relative is a brother, Lou, of Fort Scott, Kansas. Funeral arrangements ar-rangements are pending. |
