The board went on record an being ready to give the moral support of the club to tbe organization of such a com paov. BrieAv the plan it to organize a company with a capital of o,000,00n. the amount which it in estimate d it will cost to build the road from lreeu River to this city. It is claimed that ahould the Ctali people aubacribe for l.(tO0,o(ki of the 5.tH0,(MK) bond issue there will be little or uo trouble in floating the remainder of tbe bonds in Kurope, and that with the organization o the Utah company, Utah will be sure of a representative repre-sentative on the board of directors of the company and will be able to protect the interests of the people of this state when the road is completed and in operation.
