Show SUES FOR 1333 SHARES IN CON. FLAGSTAFF .; - J. H. Bones filed suit la the District court this morning to compel William 31. Wantland and John . A. Kir by to torn over 1333 1-3 shares of stock in the Consolidated Flagstaff Mining company. com-pany. According to Bone, he and Wantland filed on a number of claims in the Alta district in April, 1005, and also secured a number of options. The Alta Consolidated Con-solidated Mining company was then formed. Iater it became insolvent ami the property was transferred to ltivall 4 Holbert for S120O and a transfer of 40,000 shares of stock in a solvent company. The property was then acquired as a part of the property of the Consolidated Consoli-dated Flagstaff Alines company. It is alleged that the 40,0Oo shares of stock should have been divided proportionally propor-tionally with what stock was held in the previous company. Bone declares that be owned 10,000 shares of stock in the old company and that WaiUland had 86.000. When Wnlland received the 40,000 shares in the new company it is charged that he kept the entire amount and divided it with Kirby. Instead In-stead of giving Bone his share, the defendants, de-fendants, it is said, assert that it was for personal services that they received the stock. |
