Show MARKS NOT CANDIDATE FOR BROWN'S POSITION The report that ('. E. Marks, a mem ber of the Mouse of Representatives, will be named as Judge of the Juvenile court as soon as Judge Willis Brown can be pried loose, was flatly denied by the attorney this morning. Marks presented the bill in the House two years ago and voted for it. This, is one reason why he could not accept sue han apointment. The second reason is that he is a member of the Legislature. Judge Willis Brown of the Juvenile court submitted the following letter to the Juvenile court commission this morning. To the Juvenile Court Commission, Salt Lake City. Utah. "Gentlemen In harmony with the suggestion which your committee submitted sub-mitted to me prior to your signing the same for submission to the Governor and Legislature, permit me to inform you that a legislative committee con-siating con-siating of sixteen of the prominent representative organizations and institutions insti-tutions of the State which have to do with children, are preparing a bill which takes into consideration the most proficient methods of Jurenile court proceedings as furnished us by our most prominent Judges of other cities, who have charge of the conduct of Juvenile courts.
