Finder kindly communicate with L. R. Martlneau, ?a!t Lake City. Two weeks ago Chairman Martineau of the Democratic State central committee com-mittee addressed a letter to W. J. Bryan at "Fairview. " Lincoln. Neb. Mr. Bryan was asked what sort of a reception he desires at the hands of local Democrats when he comes here to lecture next Thursdsy night. The letter let-ter was unanswered. So was another, which followed it, and two telegrams which have Binee been dispatched. A few davs ago Mr. and Mrs. Brvan were reported in the Far West. Mr. Martineau wired immediately to the nearest postofnee. but the Nebraska had left before the telegram reaped there. Meanwhile the Zion Demounts :re uncertain whether to prepare a street parade, a mass meeting, a banqu-t, a reception, or just a plain "party con ference. ' ' |
