Wilson, a cook, 25 years old, made a desperate attempt to commit suicide by taking carbolic acid shortly before midnight last night. Wilson was found in his room at 27 Fast First South by the landlady. He was suffering jrreat agony at the time, and the woman lost no time in notifying notify-ing the police.
