Show PARDONS AND PAROLES GRANTED DY BOARD Daniel Blgelow was granted a pardon by the State Board of Pardons, which held Its regular meeting Saturday at the penitentiary. Bigelow was sentenced to one year for grand larceny on December 27, 1906, in the Fourth Judicial District court.- t The petitions of J. D. Sparks, John V. Jyong. James Kennedy were denied, and the board continued .the hearing of. the TtitIons -of.
