Show ALLEGED VIOLATOR OF POSTAL LAWS IN FEDERAL COURT Members of the Federal grand and ! petit juries were impaneled this morning. morn-ing. John Clark of this city1 was appointed ap-pointed foreman of the grand jury. Court was postponed this morning by Judge Marshall until 2 o'clock this afternoon, af-ternoon, when the case of Christ Dami- an on, alias Anderson, charged with violation vio-lation of postal laws, was heard. Upon motion of the plaintiff in the suit for damages brought by Charles E. Davey, farmer, against the Utah Consolidated Mining company, the case was dismissed today by order of Judge Marshall. John W.' Woten, an attorney of Colorado, Col-orado, was admitted to practice before be-fore the United States court in this State today. . |
