In January. 190. at their trtal to Savannah, Sa-vannah, Gaynor and Greens were declared guilty on charges of conspiracy, embes-ilement embes-ilement and presenting false claims. They were sentenced to four years Imprisonment Imprison-ment each and to pay a flira of 575,000. They ar now In Jail in Macon, pending the result of the appeal. |
