Show FRAUD TRIAL JURY STILL DELIBERATING A jury deliberating the charge against four person in the Harri-man Harri-man mail fraud case remained in session early Friday afternoon in federal court after being out 24 hours. The fate of Mr. and Mrs. Francis W. Harriman and Mr. and Mrs. Lincoln G. Seelig was to be decided in the case, which involved the question of whether or not they defrauded by trickery by not letting clients see contract they signed with the "Credit Reporting Bureau of America." Judge Tillman D. Johnson had ordered the jury to return not guilty verdicts in the cases of Tony Statta and Kenneth B. Gregory, also involved in-volved in the case. |
