Show TRAFFIC CASES AIRED JN COURT Forfeitures of ITS in bail bonds and assessment of a $23 fine brought a total of 1100 into Salt Luke City coffers Friday in city police court, as Judge Revs Beck Bosone arraigned ar-raigned four speeders, one alleged reckless driver. one motorist charged with failure to yield right-of-way and deferred sentence on an alleged drunken driver. , Forfiting J23Undonjpeeding, charges were M. J. Gerrtse, 44; Margaret Mar-garet O'Brien. 40, and Mrs. C. P. Castle, 42. while a fine of 125 was assessed Robert Moeller. 32. of 2623 Seventh East street, on the same charge. Max Knorr. 42. of 1981 West South Temple street, will enter plea Saturday Sat-urday on a charge of failing to yield right-of-way. C. J. Nackos. 48. of 257 Went Fifth South street, pleaded not guilty to charges of reckless driving driv-ing and trial was set for December Decem-ber 24. Sentence of Robert H. Thompson, 27, on a charge of drunken driving, was deferred by Judge Bosone until December 6. |
