Show POSTAL BANDITS SEIZES24,800 , LOCK PORT, 111., Dec. S UPt Five men carrying sawed off shotguns and machine guns executed a daring dar-ing postal robbery today to escape with a 124.800 payroll after shooting shoot-ing a postal clerk and abducting the chief of police. The robbery occurred outside the Lockport postoffice as employes were transferring cash mailed to the First National Bank of Lock-port Lock-port to meet the payrolf of one of the Texas company's Targesr"oirfe-fineries.
